Biography
Sherri Martucci began her administrative career in the fire service in 1998 with American River Fire District, which later merged in 2000 to become the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District (Metro Fire).
Sherri currently works in the Finance Division at Metro Fire and oversees the Host Agency duties for the Department of Healthcare Service’s GEMT program. Her Finance Division responsibilities at Metro Fire also include revenue tracking and analysis of property taxes, medic revenues and plan check/inspection fees.
From 2003 to 2014, Sherri served as the Business Manager for the CA Fire & Rescue Training Authority, a joint powers authority whose members include the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, the Sacramento Fire Department and the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services Fire and Rescue Branch. As the Fiscal Officer, she managed day-to-day Fiscal and Administrative Operations, including budget, audit, planning, contracts, training coordination and grants management. In addition, she acted as the contact point and oversaw funding for the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services Urban Search & Rescue State Training Program.
Sherri has her Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management and is Certified in Grants Management. She is a current member of the California Society Municipal Finance Officers and Cal Chiefs EMS Northern Section and a previous member of Cal Chiefs AFSS Northern Section.
REFUND POLICY
To cancel your registration and receive a refund you need to contact ECT 30-calendar days prior to the first day of the class. A $15 refund processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for each class canceled.
However, if you cancel your registration within 30-calendar days of the first day of class you can carryover your registration towards any class we offer now or in the future.
You will not lose your class registration. Just contact us to cancel and/or to apply your cancelled registration towards another ECT class.
