Biography:  

Eric Saylors is the Chief of El Cerrito/Kensington Fire department. He has 27 years in the fire service. During this time, he has worked as a firefighter, an engineer, a captain, a battalion chief, and an assistant chief for the City of Sacramento. He is a paramedic, a hazmat specialist, and a special rescue technician.

He has two associate degrees, a bachelor’s in finance, a master’s in security studies from the Naval Postgraduate School, and is a Doctoral candidate at USC.

He teaches fire chiefs classes for the state fire marshal and has published over twenty articles on homeland security and fire service topics.

REFUND POLICY

To cancel your registration and receive a refund you need to contact ECT 30-calendar days prior to the first day of the class. A $15 refund processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount ​for each class canceled.

However, if you cancel your registration within 30-calendar days of the first day of class you can carryover your registration towards any class we offer now or in the future.

You will not lose your class registration. Just contact us to cancel and/or to apply your cancelled registration towards another ECT class.
