Course Details

This is a two day class that will move very quickly. The knowledge and skills sets from this class are valuable to the executive incident manager.

Course Description

This course directs the students towards an operational understanding of large single-agency and complex multi-agency/multi-jurdistictional incident responses.  Topics include: fundamentals review for command and general staff, major and/or complex incident/event management, area command, and multi-agency coordination.

NOTE:  Please bring a laptop computer and/or tablet with a USB port.  Most of all the class materials are on flash-drives that will be passed out on the first day of class.
