Type 3 Incident Management Team (IMT) candidates, incident middle management (unit leaders, division/group supervisors, and strike team/task force leaders), elected officials, line officers, lead dispatchers, multi-agency coordination (MAC) members, director heads (public works director, fire chief, sheriff), emergency managers, agency representatives.

Course Details:
This is a 3-day class with numerous “all-hazard” scenarios. Students will work in groups to establish objectives, define strategy, and implement an incident organization.
The class will begin at 0830. The dress is casual yet respectful, and uniforms are acceptable as well.
Like all Elite Command Training courses, please bring a laptop computer with a USB Type-A port to class each day. Your student materials will be on flash drives that you’ll receive on the first day.
Course Description:
The ICS 300 course provides a description and detail of the Incident Command System (ICS) organization and operations in supervisory roles on expanding or Type 3 incidents. Topics include: ICS fundamentals review, incident/event assessment and agency guidance for establishing incident objectives, unified command, incident resource management, planning process, demobilization, transfer of command, and closeout.
You will not be disappointed if you attend this class, so don’t waste your time elsewhere. As with all instructors at Elite Command Training, students will learn the necessary skill sets for developing an incident action plan from a qualified Incident Commander, Operations Section Chief, Safety Officer, and Air Attack Officer.
