Biography

Battalion Chief Mike Leckliter (ret.) began his career with the City of Montebello Fire Department prior to joining the Los Angeles County Fire Department.  He retired in 2014 after 25 years in the fire service.  Throughout his career, Chief Leckliter had held the ranks of firefighter, firefighter/paramedic, firefighter specialist, fire captain, and battalion chief.  For multiple classes, he has been a recruit training captain, recruit training coordinator, and director of recruit training.  Chief Leckliter was an integral part of an LA County Incident Management team that was in command of several dynamic incidents.  He has been the Incident Commander on multiple commercial structure fires, hazardous materials incidents, and wildland fires. He also was a member of the Southern California Training Officers Association and was involved with the Cal Chiefs Training Officers Symposium. Since retirement, Chief Leckliter has been with Elite Command Training assisting to educate and train the company officers and chief officers of the future.

REFUND POLICY

To cancel your registration and receive a refund you need to contact ECT 30-calendar days prior to the first day of the class. A $15 refund processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount ​for each class canceled.

However, if you cancel your registration within 30-calendar days of the first day of class you can carryover your registration towards any class we offer now or in the future.

You will not lose your class registration. Just contact us to cancel and/or to apply your cancelled registration towards another ECT class.
