The S-231 Engine Boss class is now being offered at Camp Pendleton on June 11-12, 2020.
This classroom is located 1/4 mile South of the Orange County Line (San Clemente). From San Clemente, Exit Basilone, go East over the freeway to the gate. The classroom is located at the community event center next to Sonic Burgers on Basilone Road, approximately 1000 feet east of the sentry gate off of I-5.
Please have students show their agency ID to the military police at the sentry.
Note: it is a requirement that all students attending wear a mask in class and we will be maintaining social distancing in the classroom. We will also be disinfecting tables and chairs each day.

Course Description
Designed to produce student proficiency in the performance of the duties associated with ENGB. Topics include engine and crew capabilities and limitations, information sources, fire size-up considerations, Wildland Urban Interface tactics, strategy, definitions, terminology, structure defense process, PACE implementation, and application.
