Course Details:
The class will begin at 0830. The dress is casual yet respectful, and uniforms are also acceptable.
Please do not wander around the Schell-Vista fire station adjacent to the classroom.
Like all Elite Command Training courses, please bring a laptop computer with a USB Type-A port to class each day. Your student materials will be on flash drives that you’ll receive on the first day.
Course Description:
Training for the single resource boss position from initial dispatch through demobilization to the home unit. Topics include operational leadership, preparation and mobilization, assignment preparation, risk management, entrapment avoidance, safety and tactics, offline duties, demobilization, and post-incident responsibilities.
