Designed For: Those who require the CICCS Incident Commander ICT4, and this class is hard to come by.  So you might as well take this class with an instructor who was an initial and extended attack IC: Battalion Chief Jeff Brand (ret.) CAL FIRE.  Chief Brand was the IC on numerous type 1 incidents including: 49 Fire, Robbers Fire, and the Jesusita Fire, etc.

Please take these classes from experienced initial attack IC’s and not from instructors who have never been an initial attack IC!
