Course Details:
The class will begin at 0830. The dress is casual yet respectful, and uniforms are acceptable as well.
As with all Elite Command Training courses, please bring a laptop computer with a USB Type-A port to class each day. Your student materials will be on flash drives that you’ll receive on the first day.
Course Description:
The S-231 Engine Boss-Single Resource course is designed to develop student proficiency in performing the duties associated with ENGB. Topics include engine and crew capabilities and limitations; information sources; fire size-up considerations; Wildland Urban Interface tactics and strategy; definitions and terminology; the structure defense process; PACE implementation and application.
