Biography

Assistant Chief David Franklin has been with the San Francisco Fire Department for over 21 years. During his time with SFFD Chief Franklin has worked on Engines, Trucks, and the Heavy Rescue Squads. Chief Franklin has served in the training division along with being a department Safety Officer and the Chief of Special Operations. Chief Franklin is currently the Division Commander of Division three. He is a qualified strike team leader, line safety officer and certified state instructor for All Risk Safety Officer.

REFUND POLICY

To cancel your registration and receive a refund you need to contact ECT 30-calendar days prior to the first day of the class. A $15 refund processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for each class canceled.

However, if you cancel your registration within 30-calendar days of the first day of class you can carryover your registration towards any class we offer now or in the future.

You will not lose your class registration. Just contact us to cancel and/or to apply your cancelled registration towards another ECT class.
