During Fire Ground Leadership Part 1, Chief Bryant presented how attitudes, and behaviors shape and define your fire ground culture. In Part2, Chief Bryant will identify and thoroughly examine the “8” critical components of an incident action plan. He will demonstrate how every decision on the fire ground “first” starts with the Incident Priorities, to drive Strategic Objectives, to define the Mode of Operation, in assigning the Tactical Objectives, while expanding your Incident Organization, to manage Resources, continuing to update Situation Status, while maintaining your Communications Plan and ensuring your Firefighter Safety Plan is in place. This seminar invites all upcoming/current company and chief officers, fire dispatchers, and emergency operations center personnel.
